Returns & Exchanges
At Erstwilder, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Policy
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to Return an Item
- Visit our Returns Center at erstwilderdesign.com and follow the instructions.
- Fill out the included return form and pack your item securely.
- Ship the package to the provided return address using a trackable service.
Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Faulty or defective items (contact us for assistance).
- Incorrect items shipped by us (we’ll cover return shipping).
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange for a different product—you’ll need to return the original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Earrings (unless faulty).
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
