Returns & Exchanges

At Erstwilder, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return an Item

  1. Visit our Returns Center at erstwilderdesign.com and follow the instructions.
  2. Fill out the included return form and pack your item securely.
  3. Ship the package to the provided return address using a trackable service.

Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Faulty or defective items (contact us for assistance).
  • Incorrect items shipped by us (we’ll cover return shipping).

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange for a different product—you’ll need to return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (unless faulty).
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
